Kevin Longe
Chairman
Kevin founded SightPoint by envisioning a new breed of investment banking
in which the bankers were not only financial and transactional experts, but
also deeply seasoned industry veterans with a wealth of experience in running
and growing companies. By combining these skill sets, the result is a strategic
and operationally grounded approach to long-term value creation. True to
this model, Kevin has been an officer at industrial and technology companies
located both domestically and overseas with market capitalizations ranging
up to $3 billion. He has extensive strategic and operating experience in
both the private and public sectors and has been involved as principal in
several dozen cross-border merger and business transactions.
Kevin currently serves on the board of directors of The Trianon Companies and
is a Trustee of the Portland Institute of Contemporary Art. He earned a Bachelor
of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan,
and a Masters of Management degree from the Kellogg School, Northwestern University.

Kerri Bisner
Managing Director - Capital
Kerri is a principal of SightPoint and is responsible for
SightPoint Capital. Prior to founding SightPoint Capital, Kerri was most recently
the Chief Operating Officer of Hambrecht & Quist Capital Management (a subsidiary
of JPMorgan Chase), a registered investment adviser based in Boston. She has
extensive experience in all aspects of fund management, including investment
analysis, fund strategy, and regulatory and legal compliance. She has also been
an officer and Trustee of two closed-end equity funds totaling $750 million.
Kerri has spent significant time on private equity transactions, completing over
200 transactions in over 100 companies. Her responsibilities included due diligence,
valuation, documentation and ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies. Her area
of expertise is life sciences, including biotechnology, medical devices and environmental
technologies. Previously, Kerri was an analyst in corporate finance at UBS Securities
working on public debt offerings, swap transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
Kerri has a B.A. in economics from Wellesley College and is a Chartered Financial
Analyst (CFA).
